Guy Turner - Founder.  Guy has over 25 years’ experience in analysing sustainable investments. He spent his first 15 years in consulting, advising companies and governments on a wide range of sustainability issues. In 2006 he joined New Energy Finance where he helped build the business through to the sale to Bloomberg in 2009, and continued as Head of Commodities and Chief Economist.  Guy is an investor in a number of early stage sustainable companies. He is non-executive director at Rezatec Ltd, Chairman of Enian Ltd, and a visiting Research Associate at the Smith school of Business and Environment at Oxford University.  Guy has degrees in Mechnical Engineering, Economics, Environnmental Technology and is a graduate of London Business School Corporate Finance Evening Programme.

Thorsten Querfert - advisor. Thorsten is a highly experienced strategist and management consultant. He most recently a partner at Oliver Wyman's energy practice, where he specialised in the transition to lower carbon energy sources. He also has extensive expertise in change management, operational risk, operating models and organisational effectiveness. Thorsten has an MBA from London Business School, and is bilingual in English and German. 

Rick Kwan - advisor. Rick has an extensive background in sustainable and ethical investing. He is currently a board director at International Development Enterprises, a director at Primsoe Hill Partners, and a member of the board and consultant to Grow Movement. Form 2006 to 2013 Rick was head of portfolio management at Climate Change Capital. Rick is a chartered financial analyst, has an undergraduate degree in business from University of British Columbia, and an MBA from LBS.
